Billing policies
1 hour minimum
Every job starts with a 1-hour minimum. After that, time is billed in 30-minute increments.
Parts prepaid at cost + 12%
Parts are quoted upfront and must be paid in full before we place any order. Nothing is ordered without your payment and approval.
Invoice after completion
You'll receive a detailed invoice by email after work is complete. Pay online or in person.
Tax notice — hardware and parts orders
FSM national law applies a 4% gross revenue tax on merchandise transactions in excess of $200. Yap State law additionally requires a 1% tax on the FOB cost of imported items. Both taxes will be itemized on your invoice when applicable.
